My Mind and Me Adult Mindfulness Programmes are run with twice weekly hour-long sessions over eight weeks. The course is designed on the pillars of mindfulness practice such as Intention, Attention, Attitude, Gratitude, Resilience, Kindness to self, kindness to others, and purpose.
